Who am I

I married at 18 and was a mum to 3 by the time I was 23, My children were my life but due to my circumstances,I started work when my youngest daughter was 1. My dream was to become a nurse and due to low grades I couldn’t do this but found that I could take an entrance exam. After failing this once I was one of only 3 to pass and was at my happiest a student nurse. After two and a half years my dream was shattered as my bone condition had deteriorated meaning I would not be safe to continue.

I was lost and just continued with my retail job never really happy but my love of my kids meant I did what I had too to keep them fed and clothed and happy. After numerous operations I found out the name of my rare condition and knew that my next operation would be the first of its kind in the uk.I am grateful and blessed to have 9 beautiful grandchildren ranging from 5 to 13.

About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with skin cancer and after having treatment realised full time working wasn’t helping my recovery and my long standing chronic health condition that meant I worked for a company from home. In July my condition deteriorated and in Feb my employment was terminated. From July I was earning a few hundred pounds a month building up slowly. In March I hit a level in the business meaning i hit my first month for Singapore and April hit qualification for a company car. As a nannan of 9 it’s given me freedom to be there more for them and also continue what I enjoy doing holidays, concerts and days out.

I’m looking to help and support anyone who resonates with my story and who want fun along the way. I love turning mums nans dads into empowererpreneurs so let me show you how to take control right now
