How can we lose weight , gain energy , beauty and feel good about ourselves?

Slightly change the way we eat , exercise, sleep and even change our beauty regime. 

Six basics:

1. Start by having last meal of the day by 6pm

2. Replace soda or sweet drink  with a bottle of

water.

3. Swap fruit juice with a fruit.

4. Avoid social media or tv screen when eating

5. Make fruits and vegetables easy , prep ahead to have and go.

6. Go to bed early .
